New Plastic Pallet Collars & Lids

This innovative new plastic pallet collar is designed to allow for easier loading and unloading. A real challenge to the traditional wooden pallet collar, this plastic collar is lighter weight, easier to clean and fully recyclable, all for an economic cost when compared to other plastic alternatives on the market. These plastic pallet collars interlock with each other and with base pallets as well as using less space when not in use due to their folding capabilities. The 6-hinge design allows for better manual handling and the round corners prevent user injury. The smooth interior surface prevents damage to your valuable goods. These collars are available as single pallet collars, or as a full container solution with a base pallet, various height options and a lid.

New FlexiCrate Pro Collar Kits

This crate system incorporates our new plastic collars which are lighter weight, easier to clean and fully recyclable, all for an economic cost when compared to other plastic alternatives on the market. This alternative to a collapsible pallet box includes a base pallet and plastic collars which interlock with each other, a lid can also be selected. The smooth interior surface prevents damage to your valuable goods.

This collar crate kit is available in heights ranging from 1 collar high to 5 collars high, although more can be purchased separately and added.

400x300x264 & 306mm high ALC

These attached lid containers, or tote boxes as they’re commonly known, nest when not in use, which means they take up less storage space. Stronger plastic means they can take more load. Fully stackable these ALCs (Sometimes called crocodile boxes) are industry leading. Ideal for safe and hygienic movement of medicines and pharmaceutical items. They are also used a lot in retail distribution and in closed loop networks to ship good to stores or collection points for home delivery or customer collection. They can be sealed and locked easily. The box itself is stackable and nestable and this helps to reduce freight costs due to space saving capabilities. The base is reinforced making it suitable for automation. The box has ergonomic handles and a removeable card window for ID cards. The material is food safe and you can add your brand.

Black Recycled Small Parts Bins

Small Parts Storage Bins made from recycled black material. Heavy duty small parts storage bin designed for the storing and picking of small parts and components. Having an open front, the goods can be accessible even when stacked which means you can effectively use the space you have. Also they stack and fit onto louvre panels to provide tidy, convenient, out-of-the-way storage.

New Green F-Crates

Our latest range of foldable boxes are used in many sectors, including the agricultural sector, both for food and non-food products, thanks to our specially designed foldable and lockable ergonomic structures, perforated softened non-sharp inner structures that do not damage the product, and comfortable handles. Used especially in the agricultural sector, which has a very wide and diverse range of products, almost every product can be safely and hygienically transported with F-Crates and can maintain its freshness for a long time in cold storage. Due to the perforated wall and base structures, these folding crates have full air flow and do not harm the products on the lower base when stacked on top of each other. Active lock foldable boxes, which ensure the safe completion of the logistics chain from the production and loading point to the sales points, offer practical and economical use for long periods of time with their robust structures. These F-Crates are fully washable to maintain hygiene & cleanliness whilst in use, and completely recyclable at the end of their useful life.
