Freezer Spacers are widely used in blast freezing of food to achieve faster and more uniform freezing. However our HDPE Injection Moulded Spacer is a vast improvement over the typical thermo-formed product as it reduces the freezing time or energy consumption required, whilst providing a stronger edge to edge support of the stacked boxes (saving unnecessary restacking).
Manufactured in the EU, these one-piece Freezer Spacers are available in pallets of 80 pieces; and are also applicable to other situations where cold, heat, moisture or gases need to be removed.
As air will always chose the path of least resistance it will prefer to go around your pallets. By using high air-flow spacers between the layers of boxes, more efficient freezing will be achieved.
