The latest in robust pallets has been developed for intensive use in closed logistics loops and optimized for automated racking systems. Along with the large surface area anti-slip plugs which are specifically positioned for use with forklift, AGV, conveyor or automated racking, there are other less obvious design features to make the Logistics Pallet. The Metal Bar reinforcements increase the racking capacity to 1,500kg. The recesses on the sides have been deepened to ensure labels in these positions do not get easily dislodged. The deck of the Logistics Pallet is textured to reduce the slip of cardboard boxes, and the perimeter rims retain plastic totes. Additionally the neat strapping slots around the perimeter ensure strapped goods will remain intact during transit. All fork entry points are rounded or chamfered to assist with fast access.
