Our range of folding crates has been further enhanced with a large 800x600mm option. Folding crates are fast becoming an everyday part of life in e-commerce, logistics & home delivery, production and agricultural, as the folding feature to save space in storage & return logistics substantially reduces the space required (as opposed to non-folding totes). This has a direct positive impact on the environment, fuel and storage costs, which are all key benefits in the modern supply chain.
Our 800x600mm version has a simple internal latching mechanism and single hinge points for the sides makes these a fast crate to collapse down, and achieves a 4:1 stacking ratio, with all levels (including castor versions) securely stacked. The unique Open base version makes a simple height extension, and holds more product to reduce the number of journeys made.
To further bring efficiencies (especially in retail applications) the open side or castors options means stock can be taken direct from the distribution centre to the store, without the need for pallets, dollies or transhipping. You can add a compatible handle to all options: CLICK HERE
