Thermal pallet covers are designed to protect food produce, drinks, pharmaceuticals and many other temperature sensitive goods during storage and transportation pallets. These covers, designed to fit standard and euro sized pallet footprints, work as a barrier against both heat radiation and conduction. Made from the latest materials, the outer Metalized PET film (which is stronger than foil) reflects 95% of radiant heat, the central insulation is bubble film (more effective than fibre fill for thermal insulation & excursion) and the inner HDPE film provides strength and puncture resistance. Test results have shown an outstanding 21°C temperature difference between inside a cover to the external conditions.
