Description:
This crate is specifically designed for a fully automated warehouse Ð storage, internal movements & last mile delivery. The base is reinforced to take 30kgs and the profile of the base is designed so it will always run smoothly on robots or conveyors without the issue of `bellying`. The square indents on the base are for automated lifting. Arrows on the end indicate that this is the nesting end (if approaching on a conveyor e.g.) Internal slots for dividers. Special production runs can be done without these where there are fragile contents. Small apertures in the top rim are for holding carrier bags open. Nesting ratio is 33.3% Material is 100% food grade PPC, but black or grey recycled can be made
