The Customer 

Evesham based customer, part of a global brand providing high-quality bakery solutions to customers around the globe. With unmatched manufacturing and distribution capabilities, they supply a complete line of quality, consistent mixes bases, icings, glazes, fillings, frozen dough and fully baked products to the food industry – worldwide – with customers including McDonalds UK.  

The Challenge 

When we first spoke to the customer, they were renting plastic pallets for shipping goods across to Netherlands. This solution worked well for that, but they were using them on site too which meant they were also paying weekly charges for them. The challenge was to find a plastic pallets solution of their own to use on site, and ultimately cut down on ongoing costs. 

The Solution 

Working together we found a suitable Plastic Pallet option that worked for their need. There was a manufacturers issue on original pallets we supplied, however this was sorted very quickly, and full replacements supplied which have worked very well. As a result of using the Plastic Pallets we supplier, it has helped to cut down ongoing recurring costs for pallets.
