Our bespoke chutes and spirals can be made to fit any distribution or sortation center. Our chutes work via gravity so there are no moving parts and no electricity. They require little to no maintenance and can be integrated with our pack benches and rollers to create a full distribution system.

Due to the complexity and bespoke nature of chutes and spirals, we don’t offer these as an off-the-shelf item. Instead we assess the area where they will be installed and work with the client to design a system that works best in the space they have available. This includes systems required to function on multiple floors and levels with multiple infeeds and exit widths and heights.

The systems can work with items as small as jiffy envelopes to larger items like shopping totes and are being used in mail sorting offices, fulfilment and distribution centres, and multi-level warehouses.

Containers slide in and out easily for loading. Filling and unloading is easy making for efficient pick and pack operations. It has an integral scanner and pen trays with a hook for a bag. Rotating corner bumpers reduce impact damage and it has four swivel castors. It has a bright zinc plate finish with a high quality steel manufacture.
