Pallet Collar Grades at Exporta

At Exporta we have three pallet collar grades available. Premium, Industrial and Eco. Pallet Collars offer the ultimate product protection. They provide easier transport of the pallet and allow more products to be stored at once. They ensure that your warehouse is kept clean and orderly, and their flexibility means that they can be used with different types of pallets, including classic pallets. With this diversity, it’s no shock they’re so popular!

A single, wooden collar consists of up to six wooden or plastic boards, as well as six metallic hinges that hold the boards together, creating the collar. These hinges provide a collapsible function that helps save space – which is extremely important for successful logistics. With this, wooden collars are commonly used in many warehouses for their durability and ease of use. All our collars are TUV Rhineland Certified, ISPM15 compliant and Kiln Dried which stops mould and fungus.

Premium Pallet Collar Grade

Premium Pallet Collars are available in all standard sizes – 1200x1200mm, 1200x1000mm, 1200x800mm and 800x600mm. The key benefits are:

Industrial Pallet Collar Grade

Our Industrial Wooden Pallet Collars come in sizes 1200x1200mm, 1200x1000mm, 1200x800mm and 800x600mm. As well as standard sizing, they benefit from:

• Automatically manufactured
• Planed on all sides
• Popular as a one-way solution
• Tongue and groove between board for strength

Eco Pallet Collar Grade

The range of Eco Pallet Collars also comes in the same standard sizing as the Premium and Industrial grades. They also have a range of benefits, including:

• Higher capacity by using thinner board
• 17% lighter than standard
• Automatically manufactured
• Planed on all sides to reduce injury
• Cheapest option for new Pallet Collars
