Exporta Adds New Innovative Storage Solution to Container Range
Over the years, we have built up a wide range of crate and container options tailored to our customer’s needs. This has included a wide variety of innovative accessories. These are fuelled by the needs and requirements of businesses within the logistics sector who need bespoke solutions. Our latest addition is the Container Insert Tub.
These tubs, designed to work with your existing container or crate, help your business save on fuel costs and increase operational efficiencies.
How do they work?
These container insert tubs are designed to work with 600x400mm crates to give you compartmental storage. They work with our Euro Containers, Tote Boxes, Automation Crates, Folding Crates and Stack/Nest Crates. They help to ensure instances of cross contamination are reduced. With drainage holes, they also work perfectly on a conveyor system where sprinkler damage could be a consideration. The tubs can nest when they’re not in use, saving you space. Also, they are made from 100% recycled polypropylene meaning they avoid plastic tax costs and they can be recycled at the end of their use. The tubs have an area for barcode tracking and they are compatible with most robotic systems. They are also ideal for use on trollies or dollies for the storage and picking of parts.
What’s available in the range?
We currently offer two sizes, a half tub which is 355x265x245mm and a quarter tub which is 270x180x245mm. These two sizes combine to give you various storage options within your crate or container. You can have two half tubs, four quarter tubs, or a half tub and two quarter tubs. This means you can split a container in to two, three or four compartments.
