Delivery & Returns
Shipping:
- UK Mainland (England, Scotland, Wales excluding all and any islands) = From £15
- UK Non-Mainland (including Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and Ireland) = £125
Non Mainland UK:
Standard charge to cover handling, packaging & delivery is from £75.00 for all NI and Non-Mainland UK, Highlands and Islands. Please contact us for a quotation.
Delivery Confirmation
Once you have completed your order, an email confirmation will be sent to inform you of dispatch of goods and a proposed delivery date.
Next Day Delivery
Available for all items that are in stock. All applicable UK Mainland orders placed before 4pm will be despatched on a next day delivery service. Orders placed after 4pm will be dispatched the following working day on a next day delivery service.
Standard Delivery
If the item is not in stock the order will be despatched as soon as it arrives in our warehouse or by a direct delivery from a 3rd party. The estimated lead time for products not in stock will be indicated in your confirmation. For more information you can speak to our sales team.
Access and Unloading
It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the appropriate access and or equipment is available for delivery – most of our deliveries come on full trailers and may require forklift unloading. If you are in any doubt or are unsure then please contact us for details and we will be happy to advise.
